Weekly Inspiration (2/19/26)
“Just as the original disciples went outward on missions to dangerous places, try going inward to dangerous places. Explore the smoldering resentments you have. Take a long, scenic look at the guilt and shame you’ve carried in your gut for decades. Always remember that Jesus is following you just as he followed those disciples. You are not alone in this.”

And forgive us our debts
as we forgive our debtors
This is one of your reciprocals, isn’t it?
We don’t even have to say, “Thank You.”
But, we have to pass it on.
I come from a race of scorekeepers.
I remember the hurts, the wounds, the betrayals.
I can count. I keep score.
Your forgiveness was passed on to me by your Son.
Freely I received. Now freely I must give it.
If I fail to pass it on, it proves I failed to receive it.
I see that you mean for everything to flow through me.
I have been forgiven. Pass it on.
I have been given a fresh start. Pass it on.
This is my next lesson in son-ship.
Your Son could say, “Father forgive them...”
Now it’s my turn.
